Naomi Watts will portray “Princess Diana”
Today actress Naomi Watts was cast as Princess Diana in the movie Caught In Flight. The actress who has starred in movies like J.Edgar and King Kong will play Diana, Princess of Wales. The movie takes place during the last two years of Diana’s life with focus on her romantic life and her relationship with heart surgeon Hasnat Kahn.

The studio behind Caught In Flight says its a compelling portrait and charts how finding true personal happiness for the first time allowed her to evolve into a major international campaigner and humanitarian.

No other actors have been confirmed.

With the Oscars just a few days away, more names have been added to the presenters list. Angelina Jolie, Cameron Diaz and Penelope Cruz will all be presenting at the 84th Academy Awards, celebrating the best in movies.

Lea Michele might get a “Spring Awakening”
The star of Glee, Lea Michele, is in talks with director McG to star in the movie version of the Broadway musical, Spring Awakening. Lea is no stranger to this musical as she starred in it back in 2006 along with Jonathan Groff.

It was around this time McG discovered Lea Michele and tells E! the following: “When I first got turned onto the show she was in it so it’s her voice that echoes in my heart.”

The news comes just a couple days after she lost the leading role in Tom Hooper’s movie musical Les Miserables.

Justin Long makes “A Case” with Evan Rachel Wood
Justin Long and Evan Rachel Wood will co-star in A Case For You, Variety reports. The film, which Long penned himself, is about a writer who embellishes his online profile and once he scores a date will have to keep up with appearances.

Also set to star in the film will be Peter Dinklage and Busy Philipps.

WME signs “Hipster” star and director
Fresh off presenting his feature I Am Not A Hipster at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, Destin Daniel Cretton has been signed on by William Morris Endeavor. Deadline also exclusively reports that the film’s lead, Dominic Bogart, will be joining the agency.

I Am Not A Hipster follows Brook, a young, talented singer/songwriter who has not coped well with his mother’s death and has become self-absorbed and aggressive. Things take a turn when his three sisters and estranged father come to spread his mother’s ashes, possibly bringing hope back in to his life.
