George Clooney arrested?

It’s true. Actor George Clooney was arrested in a Sudan Embassy Protest. Protesters were warned not to cross a police line, and as a result of their lack of cooperation, they were handcuffed and escorted to a secret service van. According to The Hollywood Reporter, “They were protesting the violence committed by the government of Sudan on its own innocent men, women and children.” Clooney was not alone – joining him were his father Nick Clooney, and U.S. representatives Jim Moran and James McGovern.
Despite Clooney getting arrested, we’re glad to see Hollywood stars standing up for what they believe in…

Chris Pine film gets its title changed

Kurtzman’s film Welcome to People has been officially changed to People Like Us. The Disney and Dreamworks film casts A-List stars Chris Pine, Elizabeth Banks, Olivia Wilde, and Michelle Pfieffer. The drama-comedy film examines the life of a salesman who discovers he has a sister after his fathers death, and is forced to re-evaluate his family and himself. People Like Us, which is based on a true story, will be released June 29. Sounds interesting!

The New iPad is here!

We have all been waiting for this moment…The new iPad has officially arrived. The third generation gadget includes a 5 megapixel camera, a display which makes everything appear even MORE lifelike, and Wi-Fi + 4G instantly making it faster to navigate the web. With an amazing lifelike display, it’ll be perfect for movies or watching Netflix! We don’t know about you guys, but we can’t wait to get our hands on our very own iPad!
